About Katzenstein & Lorance
Katzenstein and Lorance is a law firm focusing on personal injury, family law, traffic and criminal matters, and wills. The firm does not represent insurance companies or major corporations, but concentrates instead on representation of the individual in disputes with the State, corporations, insurance companies and other individuals. We are located in the heart of downtown Gastonia, N.C. While we primarily take cases in Gaston County, on occasion we will accept cases in surrounding communities.
Since being founded in 1990 by its two partners, Charles J. Katzenstein, Jr. and R. Dennis Lorance, the firm has handled thousands of cases. The firm added an associate, Ashley E. Lorance, in 2010. Katzenstein and Lorance attorneys have over 85 years of combined experience. Its attorneys are active in the community and have been recognized on numerous occasions for their pro bono work through which they provide free legal services to people who cannot afford to pay.
The slogan of the firm is "We Care", and the firm strives to make that motto true for each of its clients. Most of our clients come through referrals of satisfied clients and other lawyers who are familiar with the quality of our work. At Katzenstein and Lorance, clients talk to attorneys from their first call through to the resolution of their case. We treat each case individually and focus on solving the problems that matter most to our clients.
